Fundraiser-Concession Training Dates
Miller Park Concession Stands Training 2015
Amigos,
We are in. We have been approved to work in Miller Park concession stands for 2015 season. We need all members and friends who have indicated an interest in helping, to sign up for a training session. Please select a date and let me know as soon as possible so that I can inform Miller Park the member names that will attend each training session.
April 16, Thursday 5:45 to 9:30 pm
April 16, Thursday 5:45 to 9:30 pm
May 21, Thursday 5:45 to 9:30 pm
June 8, Monday 5:45 to 9:30 pm
We would like as many as possible to pick one of the above dates for training.
Tre, Dorothy, and Tina will be attending Cashier/Group Leader training Tuesday, March 31st . If none of the above dates do not work for you, please select one of the following dates.
If none of the above dates work, please let me know as soon as possible. I will try to work something out.
If you know of FRIENDS OR FAMILY that would be willing to work, please pass this email on to them and copy me. You may be surprised at how many will be happy to volunteer. NOTE: Must be 18 to work.
Lastly enclosed is a file that gives additional training details.
I will send separate emails on additional Group Leader and Cash Manager training. This will only be volunteers who select to be available for these positions. Also will send separate email on dates selected for working at Brewer stands.
